Malabrigo Yarn
Malabrigo is a family-owned yarn company located in Uruguay. Their wool is 100% produced by Uruguayan farms that allow their free-range sheep to wander through the hills and are herded by old-style shepherds. They do not participate in the controversial practice of mulesing and sheep are sheared pre-lambing. They are committed to achieving the highest standards of ethical sheep husbandry. They also own and operate a second mill based in Peru.
