You may not sell our goods via an online platform that is not your own (Etsy, Amazon, etc.)
If you are offering Rose&Purl products in your online boutiques, our name must be prominent on each listing. Please note that wholesale pricing is not available for online only boutiques and stores.
Any pending order must be paid in full before we will begin working on your order. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal (or etransfer if you’re located in Canada)
Any wholesale purchase is not subject to any current or past promotion.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
We do not participate in product buybacks and do not accept returns. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of acceptance. After that, if you really must, we ask that you pay a 20% cancellation fee on your order to cover any materials or work already invested in the process.
On the same note, if for any reason we are unable to complete the order within a reasonable time of the deadline, we will refund your order and cancel any shipping arrangements that had been made upon request.
The current lead time for most wholesale orders is 3-4 weeks depending on the size and content of the order. All orders will ship via Canada Post unless otherwise requested and the final shipping cost will be added to your invoice.
