All orders must be paid in full before I will ship your item(s). All items are nonrefundable.
All orders will be shipped with Canada Post services from Comox, British Columbia, Canada.
Please choose letter mail and vacuum-sealed shipping at your own risk. As there is no tracking, I will not be able to replace or reimburse any lost letter mail packages.
If you choose vacuum-sealed discount tracking and you are over the allotted number of skeins, your order will be canceled.
We can’t be held responsible for any shipping delays due to post office issues.
If in the unlikely circumstance of the parcel being lost, please open a claim with your local post carrier before contacting me.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Unfortunately, if any shipping info is entered incorrectly, and the package is returned to sender we will require payment for shipping out your package again.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer any refunds or returns once the item has been shipped.
